“Subterranean” follows a resident of this soon-to-be "re-gentrified" building whose grandfather goes missing. When more residents begin to disappear, and with the cops barking up the wrong tree, she partners with the buildings security guard to start their own investigation. When the two discover a 2,000-year-old mystery buried deep beneath the city, they must now face down the terrifying creature behind it all.

 

"Subterranean" was inspired by a legendary L.A. Times article from 1934.
